Dr Kirpal Benawra

Kirpal graduated from the University of Leeds in 2013 with a BA in Biomedical Ethics and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BChD).

After graduating, he spent two years as a General Professional Trainee at Newcastle Dental Hospital and in General Dental Practice. He then went on to complete his Dental Core Training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. 

Kirpal began his Orthodontic Speciality training in September 2016 at Glasgow Dental Hospital and Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Scotland. He completed his Speciality Training in March 2020. He graduated as a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics and carries out fixed and removable braces treatment including clear aligners such as Invisalign. 

His meticulous approach to planning allows each patient’s treatment to be tailored to their individual needs and ensures that all his work is carried out to the highest standard.

Kirpal is passionate about improving his patient’s confidence by providing them with smiles they can be proud of by using a variety of braces.

Outside of Orthodontics Kirpal enjoys going to the gym and partaking in some yoga. When he has time out of his busy schedule, he also likes to watch the odd college basketball game.
