Our dental clinic is open and you can read our COVID-safe procedures here.
We have unfortunately had to temporarily stop our beauty treatments in line with Government regulations. All existing appointments will be rescheduled.
Tooth extraction is always a last resort, and our priority is to save natural teeth where we can. Problems affecting the outer tooth can often be resolved with a filling, an inlay or onlay, or a dental crown. If the internal pulp of the tooth has become infected then it can be saved with root canal treatment.
Sometimes though, saving a tooth is not possible. This can be for a number of reasons, including a severely damaged tooth or overcrowding in the mouth.
We aim to provide the highest standards of care in a relaxed, friendly and comfortable environment. Our team of highly skilled dentists are experienced in caring for nervous patients and always take a gentle approach to providing you with the dental treatment you need.
At Kreate Dental we always try to plan for the replacement of the tooth prior to extraction, so you are aware of the treatments available to restore your smile.

Very professional team, I saw Dr E Still and she explained all of my options in great detail after she examined my teeth. I left feeling assured that there was a good plan in place to get the teeth removed and my pain reduced. Very happy with the service! I was also welcomed by a very friendly and helpful reception team, could not ask for more.
Your tooth removal treatment will be carried out under local anaesthetic, using gentle techniques, with our team ensuring you feel comfortable and safe during every stage of your treatment.
We understand that undergoing tooth extraction treatment may cause anxiety and we are pleased to offer IV sedation to help. Our dental team will be able to explain how it works and whether it will be suitable for you.
At Kreate Dental we offer several options for replacing a missing tooth, including dentures, bridges and implants. Your dentist will take the time to carefully examine your mouth and explain the treatments that are suitable for you, taking into consideration your emotional needs and financial situation. They will answer any questions you may have and discuss our payment options, to make the dental care you need affordable.
