Here at Kreate Dental we offer Implant Retained Dentures as an alternative to more traditional, removable dentures where the major drawback is to keep them in place.

Traditional dentures are removable and held in place by a bonding agent. Implant retained dentures are fixed, or clipped, in place via a set of implants in the jawbone. For many patients, this offers a much more comfortable experience and stops their dentures from coming loose or slipping out of place.
The whole treatment can take between four and seven months from start to finish. This is because the implants have to be affixed to the jaw, and it takes time for the implants and the bone to fuse together. We will fit you with temporary dentures during this time, or you can continue wearing your current dentures.
On average, the implants last for about 25 years. Most dentures last for around seven years and will last longer the better they are cared for. Implant retained dentures allow you to enjoy your diet without restrictions and provide total confidence.
